Parking Information
Parking Options around the Convention Center are abundant. We ask that Exhibitors not park at the metered spaces surrounding the Center, the Sullivan Brothers Plaza, or sidewalks surrounding the Convention Center so that attendees may have the most convenient access to the event. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking is available under the Highway 218 overpass, approximately 2 blocks away.
Please note that all parking areas are not under the control of the Convention Center management, therefore parking is at your own risk. Protect yourself by keeping valuables out of sight, doors locked, and use appropriate caution walking to and from your vehicle. We make no representations about the suitability of any of these parking areas for your circumstances.
Load- In/Out Information
Show management will provide you with appropriate load-in/out information for your event. The Waterloo Convention Center as Sullivan Brothers Plaza has a drive-in access located off of Commercial Street near the intersection with Park Avenue. There is a truck height loading dock with leveler located off of Jefferson Street near Park Avenue.
Lobby Entrances may only be utilized to hand-carry items into the facility. Under no circumstances will we allow carts to be used to carry materials in through these doors.
Any damage to the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and show management.
