We have a variety of floor plan options available to accommodate events large and small.  With over 40,000 sq. ft.  of available space between the Exhibition Hall, Lobby, nine meeting rooms, and one conference room our space can be customized to fit your event and space needs for groups from 10 to 2,000. Contact us to discuss your event and we can work with you to develop a floor plan custom to your event.

Food & Beverage

Whether we’re serving a group of 10 or 2,000, the Waterloo Convention Center Food and Beverage staff creates exceptional dining experiences! Our culinary experts are prepared to offer diverse catering choices - from healthy and diet-restricted dishes to comfort foods and decadent desserts, we have selections to satisfy every member of your group. We can provide served entree options and buffet options, as well as a wide range of bar options.
