A new elevator and opening up of the 2nd floor Skywalk Connector makes access between the Center, Best Western and Parking Ramp a breeze. A reimagined roofline brings color and shines a new light on Downtown Waterloo.

Warm wood touches on the ceiling and walls, stylistic and energy efficient LED lighting, windows into the Exhibit Hall, and a new sealed concrete floor create a sleek and modern space for pre-event functions and moving from one activity to another.

A new fully-equipped concessions area opens up a wide range of options to delight your palate, whether just a snack on the go or a full meal. New entries into the meeting rooms provide a means of quickly identifying each room, with individual room digital signage to keep attendees apprised of the activities occurring within.

The second floor has transformed into a Ballroom! With touches of modern, yet elegant, throughout, this space is flexible to accommodate your event and decor. Dimmable lighting, and adjustable color ceiling perimeter lights will set the mood for your banquet or presentation.

Fully controllable lighting with color changing chandelier and cove lights is sure to set the mood
for any function in our Exhibit Hall. Windows to the lobby allow for opening the space up and
creating cohesion with other events within the facility, or close the blackout shades
to create privacy and intrigue as to what is beyond.
